Mr. Whiting was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. In 2007 he married his wife, a native Oregonian. They now have two small children. After having lived in Japan, Utah and Kansas, Mr. Whiting and his wife decided to return to Central Oregon for the opportunity to raise their family in a small and friendly community. His hobbies include reading, playing basketball and tennis as well as following his beloved Jayhawks on the basketball court.

Mr. Whiting was an Editor and Business Manager of the Kansas Journal of Law & Public Policy as well as President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society while in law school. He joined Glenn, Reeder & Gassner, LLP as an Associate Attorney shortly after being admitted to the Oregon Bar in 2010. He has experience in estate planning, debtor/creditor rights, business, family law and criminal law.
